Appointment Instructions and Safety Protocol

1. Please be exactly ON-TIME for your appointment.  We will be disinfecting all exam tables and areas before and after each appointment – thus timeliness is important.

2. Please call the office from the parking lot.  We will check you in from your car and give you further instructions on when you can enter the building.

3. Everyone 5 years and older MUST wear a mask.  Homemade masks are fine.

4. Only 1 parent allowed with patient.  No siblings unless they have appointment.

5. Please be sure you bring any forms you need to have completed with you to your appointment.

6. If you or your child have had a laboratory confirmed COVID exposure within 2 weeks of your appointment OR if you or your child have COVID symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, headache, runny nose, or difficulty breathing) then please contact our office before coming in for your scheduled appointment.

7.    If you have traveled by plane anywhere within the last 2 weeks OR by car to any of the following states:  Florida, Texas or California please call the office before coming to your appointment.  Your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Face Mask Policy

As we settle into our new normal, it is important that we continue to follow our infectious disease prevention strategies.  We are asking that all patients 5 years and older, along with the parent/guardian that brings them to their appointment, wear a face mask. Homemade masks are fine.

At River’s Edge Pediatrics, Inc., our number one priority is keeping everyone safe and healthy, both patients and staff.  During these extraordinary times we are doing our best to provide a healthy, clean and safe environment in our office.  Please know our office is following all recommended guidance provided by public health authorities.  We are closely monitoring events in our local community, the nation and worldwide.  The situation is evolving daily and we are making accommodations as needed.  Our appointment schedules made need to change, and we will notify you of this if it becomes necessary.  As always, we are here to provide competent and reliable healthcare.  We are asking for your assistance, so please go to the Resources tab and view the PDF titled:  COVID-19 Information for how you can help.
